Catering Assistant required to assist the Catering Manager, to cater for all residents and visitors at WEC’s UK headquarters near Heathrow. The role will include assisting the Catering Manager to liaise with the Center Managers, to order and control stock, oversight of best kitchen practice, and maintaining food hygiene standards and best practice. You will be cooking meals, doing general kitchen duties, helping to develop menus and managing the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Qualifications: Food Hygiene/Food Safety in Catering certificate needed. Previous experience in kitchen management and/or commercial catering preferred but not required.
